Hi James, Thanks. I agree that Capital appreciation in Beijing isn't what it used to be. I'm content nowadays to focus on cash flow.

@Michael GoodmanIn my markets we are seeing plenty of options for rehabbed homes in decent neighborhoods for >1.4% so that helps a lot. You can find deals in any market but they are easier to find in the Midwest.

We do a lot of volume in MKE and have been having a tougher time finding good deals on duplexes in good neighborhoods. They tend to go very quickly when we do get one.

Fair point man. My advice should be taken with a pretty large grain of Kosher salt, as I have not been there for 10 years. Nonetheless, I do think they tend to get less east coast tourism then Colorado.

I would definitely agree with you there.

@Steven Storyare you finding the 60-80k houses in tosa? are they rehabbed? We primarily work around the border of Tosa to the Northeast where it's cheaper and still nice. With rehabbed houses in the 1.5% to 1.8% rent to price ratios. Anyway, welcome to BP! Tons of great resources here and others who invest in Milwaukee like me.
