@Tara Jenkins I think it would be a great idea considering some renters usually need to rent out storage units. 

@Alejandro Stewart It is so impressive that you have been learning about real estate since such a young age. You mentioned you have a plan and I would love to hear it. The first thing I would recommend that you do is save as much money as you can. After all, you can't buy your first property without capital, right? Keep us posted and good luck.

@Stephanie Sicard first off, congratulations on being so close to your goal. I do not think there is anything wrong with opting for a multifamily property as your first investment. Check out this article I ran into. It talks about why multifamily as a first investment is actually a great idea and why more and more people go this route.
