How about showing them some comps in the neighborhood to show them what value the property is worth.

Direct mail, bandit signs and online ads will work.

Then to find buyers you can literally post your deal anywhere to get some bites. Just has to be a good deal.

I have heard that some other cities have gotten rid of this POS but then they have a rental inspection. Are they still doing this inspection in Bedford?

They will be your buyers agent so they will make a commission when you or the person you wholesale it to closes on the property. They will not act as a title company.

Matt. This sucks and doesn't sound like fun. You shouldn't have to worry about your title company messing up your deals. Maybe keep trying to find another title company. Reach out to some investors locally and ask them who they use.

I have teams in each city. Properties come onto the market and then we make offers on them. Analyzing them myself by checking comps and rents, with the help of the team on the ground.
