Hi all!

I am creating a list with the purpose to send out postcards. I am looking to flip my second deal and I wanted to amp it up for 2018. I need to do 10 flips this year.

 I was wondering if people have any other criteria they use besides the amount of equity the homeowner has.

Any advice would be great.  How much equity do you look for as well? 50% or more?
