Hi BP! I am wondering how it works for people who buy houses that are going through bank foreclosure. This couple I know is about to have their house taken in a month. Is there anything I can do? Can they still sell the property to me? I would like to keep them in their house. Any info would be great. Thanks

I use light house property management.  They are for the owner. Not the tenant. I would call them. You can use my name.

Hi BP! I am wondering how it works for people who buy houses that are going through tax foreclosure. How does it work? Do you buy it for penny's on the dollar before it goes to a city auction? Thanks
