Where are your properties in Rochester, ny?

I am looking for lenders who want to evaluate a deal. It's a mixed use building. 19th ward.  My usual lender is tied up. I have references. W2s and recent pay stubs ready.

The grass is not always greener on the other side is a fact!

You are in the right spot.  I too am a Rochester Investor. I suggest looking into FFREIA.  A group of investors meet and talk about their success and failures!

I found some great resources at our local non-profit investors club, or FFREIA.

You can find some reputable property managment companies on that list.
