Or are you just seeking a Realtor to list the property? If that is the case I don't really see what you would get for finding her a Realtor either

Inquiring minds want to know :)

Hello Zack, I am a cash buyer and always looking for wholesalers and excellent deals.  I am a little ways from you, but if you have referrals of good contractors and property managers in your area I would be interested in opportunities you come across!

Hi! I actually have a great person working on my duplex we are getting ready to sell.  I am happy to pass on his info.

His name is Michael Gabriel, OCD improvement.

I also need some referrals- if my duplex does not sell in the next 60 days I will re rent and need a good property manager  I live in Maryland-have used one and had bad experiences.  Please pm me for Michaels number -I feel odd putting it up here!

Hi everyone!! I am liquidating my last property in Colonie, NY.  I really need some referrals for property managers with strong tenant screening. This is not the typical duplex and if I do not sell in the next 60 days I will need to re-rent.  I live in Maryland so you can imagine.....Anyway, if you are an investor in the Capital District area please connect with me! I need all the contacts there I can get!!

Thank you!!

Hello!! I have a duplex on 1.5 acres minutes from the state capital and convenient to shopping, etc.  One side is 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath and the second is 2 bedroom 1.5 bath.   Two homes are being built on adjacent 32 acres.  Mohonasen schools, Town of Colonie. The duplex has been well maintained and is currently rented to long term tenants that very much wish to stay.  The rents are very much below market values.  1295/800.   The duplex is appraised for 250k and I would be willing to sell below value.  Please email me for more information: [email protected]

I am just hear to rant....don't worry you can play the violin. I have been looking to reinvest a liquidated property since August. I suspect that I am being too fussy but I refuse to invest just to invest without a decent return. Of course once I find the golden ones my LOI is usually an hour too late. To add to the pressure I am planning on liquidating another property soon, yet haven't reinvested the one yet.

Anyway this is just a rant.  People do not realize the pressure investors sometimes have to make the wisest choice and I know you would understand. Ok, Ok go ahead call me a baby!

Thank you for you mention.  I have liquidated most of the real estate and I am still looking to reinvest.  Right now I am leaning toward commercial property, however.  Thanks again for your kind words!
