Building a buyers list is important but without deals to sell you have nothing. Find the deals and the buyers will come anyway. Good luck though because Orlando has about 1,234,567 wholesalers competing for deals everyday. If you need some advice just PM me, Ill give you some useful knowledge.

Are you strictly looking for Orlando? There are other opportunities a little farther north where the market is strong as well. Lot of rentals due to the college. You plan on taking a trip down here soon?

Ahh true, I hear what you are saying. Off the MLS is usually **** spreads on deals because, well, its the MLS. If you can find out who is wholesaling it, give them a call. If you dont purchase it maybe you can Joint Venture with him/her and try to sell it yourself! At least try to make a buck if you could.

The best way to get in touch is doing what you are doing. You would have to private message someone to include email and phone number, it wont allow it on the walls.
What kind of investment are oyu looking for? I am sure there is something we can find, already have or at least point you in the right direction. Message me if anything!

Congrats on the callback! Always nice to know the effort is working. Now all you have to do is turn that deal into $$$$ and you are on your way to the next mail campaign! I usually stick to the yellow legal pad letters with small envelopes as well so it does not look like a bill. Quantity counts, do not get discouraged if a mail campaign goes unanswered. Try different color pens, letters, envelopes until you notice one working more then the others.
Trial and error my friend and happy mailing!
