ONLINE WEBINAR - Register now at www.piginvestor.com
The recent global pandemic and subsequent economic impact has left many real estate investors wondering what the long-term effects might be to the overall market. Forbearance was a short-term solution by many lenders to try and stem the tide of foreclosures, but the economy will undoubtedly face a time of reckoning in early 2021 when homeowners must start making payments again.
In times of uncertainty like we find ourselves today, there are typically a lot more questions than answers, and at this month’s PIG meeting we will set out to answer many of those questions for you. Based on our founder’s two decades of investing experience (through both economic expansion and contraction), we will examine such topics as:
-Is there a recession coming in 2021, what will it look like, and how will it affect the real estate market?
-Will the COVID-19 crisis create a wave of foreclosures, & how can investors seize the coming opportunity to create “Win/Win deals” with distressed homeowners?
-How is the current situation different than the mortgage crisis of 2008/2009, and how does that change potential acquisition/disposition strategies?
We will cover all of this and MUCH more on this month’s webinar of the Professional Investors Guild coming up on Thursday, October 22nd at 7 PM CST. Register now at www.piginvestor.com

In today’s high-tech world of smartphones, social media & streaming video services, most entrepreneurs and real estate investors know that they NEED a video marketing strategy, but few know how to actually pull it off.
While “old-school” marketing strategies like direct mail, bandit signs, and print media still work, business owners are leaving vast amounts of money on the table by not learning how to effectively promote their businesses through video campaigns.
At this month’s PIG meeting, our founder Matt Robinson will be joined on stage by military vet and YouTube celebrity, Jack Motley. Known simply as “Yak” by his throng of over 156,000 loyal subscribers, at this workshop Jack will show you:
✅ How to Use Video to Generate Leads for Motivated Sellers, Buyers, & Private Money Partners (Even If You’re Camera Shy!)
✅ How a Small-Town Fish Enthusiast Got Over 150,000 Subscribers on YouTube (& How You Can Too!)
✅ How a YouTuber Turned Real Estate Investor Paid CASH for a Rental Property from a Video on WD-40!
If you’re finally ready to start using video & social media to build your business, then this month’s PIG meeting is just for you! We’ll be in DESTIN/FWB on Tuesday, September 22nd, 7 PM at The Island Resort, 1500 Miracle Strip Parkway (Registration & networking begin at 6:30 PM).
COVID-19 UPDATE: If you feel uncomfortable attending large gatherings due to concerns over COVID-19, we will also be conducting an online webinar with the same content on September 24th at 7 PM CST. Register now at www.piginvestor.com.
