@Pete Woelfel Landmark CU is great for HELOCs up to 250k. If you have more available, Forte Bank has exception process for over 250k.

Try commercial lender. We work with Gary Heckendorf at Partnership bank (Commercial Lender) on our flips and was able to get creative for us in the past. If nothing else he might offer some good advice. Good luck @Spencer Harvey
