Welcome to BP and soon to be Florida. Finding and joining BP was your first step and a very good one. Not a better place in my and many other's opinions. Stay connected and learn all you can.

Welcome to BP @Gino Forte
You will not find a better place to gain knowledge, build relationships and grow in your business. Being and staying plugged in will be your key. This means listening to the podcasts, reading the blogs as well as the forums and then letting folks get to know by participating in the forums. Find and connect with other members/investors in your area by using the Network link found in the main menu at the top of the page. Read, read, read and listen, listen, listen. But don't forget to take action, action, action!
Again, welcome to the community and all the best to you in all you do!

Welcome @Brandon Brown
Like you mentioned, all of this can and is overwhelming, I still consider myself to be a newbie. What @KIMARD EGLETON said was great advice, take this elephant and cut it up into little pieces, but also, don't wait to eat as many of those pieces as you can before getting out there. Getting comfortable and confident to know how to get started right is a good thing, but too comfortable in learning is another. You will see many posts out here that tells you that experience is the best teacher, just make sure though that you take some guidance with you along the way to maybe help you see things that you don't have the ability to see yet because of your inexperience.
The podcasts are great for learning and constant motivation. The forums and blogs are there also to help you answer just about any question you may have. If you can't find something you are normally a post question away from your answer.
Strength in numbers so networking is a key component as well. All right here in one nice central place. You can search for and connect with others who may be doing big things right in your own area. See the options under the Network link in the main menu.
That's it for now. Good luck to you in everything and again Welcome to BP!

@David Begley This is what makes coming to BP everyday what it is and so valuable. To see real people doing real things, helps keep the dreams of us still trying to get there pumped up and fueled with the drive to keep working and never give up. I can tell you that outside of BP, we hear the words that "it just can't be done". But here in the BP community we see the successes like this that says and shows that it can be!
What a fine before and after! all I can say is WOW and THANKS!
