@Will Dixon - Thank you for the link and I did spend time to read the entire thing...
But you got too emotional than called for, if I am allowed TBH... Lol...
This link talks about adding occupant after the lease, but not during the screening stage, just as Joe mentioned.....

@Joe Splitrock, @Keith W. - Thank you for your posts.. I think my PM said the exactly same as you two are saying here... While there is no law that says this is discriminatory, ANYTHING can be turned into a discriminatory argument these days.....
My reason for not wanting this group of 3, again, is excessive wear and tear...I guess one can argue that is not necessarily the case, but I just rather avoid that potential.....

Hi all - thank you for your time to respond...
No, I was not joking about 3 people sharing 1 bathroom... I know people wont die from that...I just don't want that many people in a 1100 sq ft 2/1 condo...I worry about excessive wear and tear...
Hence trying to figure out if that is discrimination, because my PM seems to think it is although she cant really tell me which law i would be breaking...
Anyway, sounds like it is NOT discrimination from all the inputs... I feel a bit safer now... Lol

Thank you to ALL of you for care to spend the time to share your thoughts...
I was not trying argue with anyone, just simply trying to get educated...
How are 3 people going to share 1 bathroom? Seriously?

@Bjorn Ahlblad - OK
I was not trying arguing with you... My PM said the exact same thing... I was simply confused over what law did I break by NOT wanting to rent to 3 people? I asked my PM that exact same question, and she can't answer either... Lol

@Bjorn Ahlblad - care to elaborate? How am I on shaky ground, which is what PM is saying, by the way...
I am not rejecting on race, or age, or any of those things....What law did I break?

@Jenni Utz - Maybe I am too weird for not wanting to rent to 3... Lol
SF law says 2 people per bedroom MAX... So technically, 3 would be fine... However, I dont see how 3 people are going to share 1 bathroom????

@Jenni Utz - thank you for your input... I appreciate it..
In my case, I was not wanting to reject them because of their age... Age is a discrimination..
I do not want to rent to them because they are a group of 3... I only want 2 people in that condo... Would this be a discrimination? meaning decriminating against a group of 3?
