@David McCauley I believe authenticity will get you further than a suit or car you can’t afford. Just be you and provide value to people and treat them as individuals, it goes a long way.

@David McCauley I work for a brokerage that is excellent for noobs—in fact that was what I was, and I closed the year out with over $7 million in sales with 10 months to do it. I was on a mega team that provided leads, training and support. I have since started my own team, but I have no regrets joining the mega team for my first year.

@ClaudioValdivia, @EricaOsborn, and I are putting on a Cashflow Game Night to kick off No Investor Left Behind, a bi-monthly meetup covering the basics of real estate investing. We are still organizing what day of the week, time, location, but for the Cashflow Game Night, it will be on March 25th. We have enough games for 30 people. That being said, you will need to RSVP so we have enough space for everybody! Please email me to RSVP ([email protected]) or contact me in the BP messages. If you have a Cashflow Game and are willing to bring it along so we can have more people, please let me know! I expect this event to fill up.
