I recently bought my 2nd property in April 2017. The renovation was done and tenants already move in.

I'm three months in and I was wondering if it is possible to refinance the property before the "seasoning period" (6 months to 1 year)?

Hi @Sean Graham, I bought the property in Cicero. I'm currently putting some sweat equity before I show it to renters. Cicero and Berwyn are great places in my opinion to invest in. We can meet up and talk about it more if you like.
