I forgot to put the area in my previous posting. 

I have an LOI on a Kansas City, Mo. complete rehab apartment complex of 120 units in the Linwood/Troost redevelopment area. It has been vacant for a loooong time. Owner estimates the rehab to be somewhere just above $1M. I need an estimate of repairs and time frame that it would take.

My buyers are out of state so I would want to form a relationship with you if possible so they can have excellent services on their new properties. I need someone specifically experienced in commercial work.

I have another 174 units that need repairs also but it isn't as urgent as the above.

I have two apartment complexes under contract and am putting together a team for my buyers while doing due diligence. One property (120 units) is in the Linwood/Troost revitalization area.

I need experts that are user friendly for out of state owners. We are buying apartment communities to reposiition and are looking to build solid relationships for the long term.

 lol, yes, very true. But see, when you have your own biz you can take time off to one of the lovely beaches not too far away. There are so many lovely lakes, rivers and streams I think I will still have my water fix satisfied ;-)
