@Magesh R.Right now I am doing annuals. I am starting my first spec build in the cape. I am aligned with a good builder. I anticipate high demand. Feel free to sign up on my website for MLS access. Wealthrealtyandpropertymanagement.com.

This is a great area. I invest primarily in Cape Coral. I live in Naples. I have a brokerage in Naples as well.

We had a broker here that went to jail for stealing commissions. I would send a text: pay up or you file with the state board.

Thoughts on the most effective way to generate seller leads? And if you propose direct marketing, what company do you suggest?

Lee county has a great site. www.leepa.org.

If you purchase and do not homestead, taxes are the same no matter where you live.

I started doing private lending in 2012 with my Solo 401K. I has been a steady source of income into the retirement account. My CPA states this actions falls under UBIT? I have been led to believe it is not and does not fall under UBIT. He asked me to pose this to some other CPA and retirement account professionals. Isn't this the same as buying stocks, etc?  None of the loans are recourse loans. Thoughts?
