I invest in SWFL primarily Cape Coral. Prices are sky high and listings are selling like popcorn. If you are going to build in the cape, many builders are doing well. I expect a market correction. It is ILLEGAL to market properties you do not own. See 475.

There is never a bad time to buy, only a bad time to sell. That being said, you must ALWAYS BUY RIGHT.
