@Nancy Mascorro A lot of people prefer the Westside but I go where the deal makes sense.

@Mike Trzaska Aloha! Yes live in Hawaii and invest in Cleveland. Price point was a key factor, but we also like what's happening in the city. I invest wherever the deal makes sense, but I've been on the Westside lately.

Hi, it's been going great. I currently have about 20 doors plus a handful of flips going on. Unlike CA or HI, Cleveland doesn't appreciate as much. For me it's all about cash flow. All the best.

I invest in Cleveland all the way from Hawaii. No lead paint issues that weren't easy to fix. For the most part, no issues.
