The BEST Alternative to yellow letters.

TV works great.  Really great

Other then that nothing   I can think of a lot of things I would do in conjunction with yellow letters but from a DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT approach   TV is it

Certainly digital is outstanding, COI is awesome, postcards work too, text and RVMs do okay   In fact I personally think you should do all forms of marketing

I love it all

@Michael Hayes good to see them tracking.

I wish I had more control of the postal system however I don’t.

It more than frustrates me too.

Hell about 5 months ago I had one post office arguing with another post office about some mail.

One could see it at the others post office and that post office said it wasn’t.

I decided to bite the cost of resending out the mail on me.

Something a company does when crap happens.

As for other companies.  I’m certain we all experience the same issues.  However I’m also sure that doesn’t matter.

Again thank you for your past support and if I’m fortunate to help in the future I would be honored.

Happy house hunting.

Hi Jerryl,

I believe the reason lies within the name of the forum.

I think folks are reading the name like this: Real Estate Investor Marketing Help & Advice.

Although marketing is a big piece of the puzzle, for the new person it's probably the least of their concerns.

Maybe BP should break it up into two groups.

  • Marketing Only
  • Real Estate Help and Advice.

So rather then debate him I just love him, feed him and make certain he has everything in life he needs. I find it more relaxing then an argument.

@jerryll I have read many of your posts, sometimes smiling as i do sometimes scratching my head in amazement. All in all I enjoy reading about your perspective.

IMHO I think where you may be dumb (not calling you dumb just trying to help) is that you are limiting your perspective. I think you are so caught up with the hatred of direct mail that you cant see the possibilities of nor the the reality that direct mail works.

As a guy who does a lot of direct mail, I for one know it works, As a guy who does a lot of online advertising I know it works too.

All of this said I hope you keep blasting away...

Hi Russell... I would not do that campaign at all, ever... Please DONT... Please!

The divorce list isn't a list I would send to and absolutely mix in AO, OO and OSAO... No reason to use a age filter.

I do believe in multiple touches by using a cluster campaign.

Here are the pieces I am now liking the most.

1-

2 -

3 -

4 -

5 -

6 -

Corelogic is the owner of a huge data platform... Years age First American Title and Corelogic put their muscle together and are now the nations largest provider of real estate related data.. Their most popular outlet for data is listsource.

I would remove them from your mailing.

There is a different list provider for Kansas than Listsource.
