Post: Looking for San Diego Real Estate Attorney

@Ben Andrews

I too suggest @Rob K.    We interviewed probably 6 different attorney's and he was by far the one that had our best interest and wasn't trying to bleed us dry either.

We have been very pleased with the results and his transparency.  And he is an investor in San Diego who understands the business.

Best, Michael

@Kevin Godinho

My suggestion would be Educate yourself, develop relationships that have your best interest.  Most importantly BUILDING capital reserves so you know when to STRIKE and pull the trigger on a property that you wish to purchase and hold long-term for wealth creation.

I'm a wholesaler and guru's say its free, that's a crock and it can be very expensive running marketing and any other ancillary expense while running a company.   Just realize it's never free and never will be.

Any questions please feel free to reach out.

Best, Micahel

@Chad Baird I'm also in the Cardiff area.  Been wholesaling in the Memphis area for a few years no rentals out there.   I can send you some zip codes that we mainly have targeted in the past if you wish.  Best, Michael

I Have a property we are going to contract and an attorney is involved we plan to double close.   We feel the price we are going to contract is "decent".   Would anybody working in the Cleveland market please give a professional opinion of resell value would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance and can PM the address to whomever shares advice.
