Otherwise, suggest you hire a consultant to create an implementation plan.

Only works if you give them easy tasks or hire them direct and train them for several months.

We use Propertyware and RingCentral.

EVERYTHING is entered in PW conversation logs for tracking.

You'd be better off finding a strong PMC

Find a good Property Management Company FIRST!

All other parties are transaction based and may only be interested in the deal. 

A PMC has to deal with whatever you buy EVERY day.

Suggest you give them your bank account info and have them deposit directly into your account.

Require them to take a pic of their deposit receipt and send to you, so you know who the deposit is from.
