@Emily Lipton Hi Emily! In February I am about to close on my first investment property in the Lake George area and I'm actively looking in Albany as well. I grew up there but currently live on the west coast. I know my mom would be interested in going to some meet ups in the Capital District. If you get one going I would love to hear about it and pass the info on to her!

Merry Christmas BP family!!!  It's only been 5 months since I stumbled upon bigger pockets but I feel like @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner and @David Greene are friends I've known for years with the amount of hours I have spent with them on podcasts over these past few months. I am just so impressed with how amazing this community is and I'm proud to be a new member of it. Looking forward to contributing more and more as I grow in my real estate investing career. @Jamie Brayton I'm starting to invest up in the Lake George area. I have a good GC up there but he has no interest in going down to Albany. I'll ask him if he can recommend anyone down there though and let you know if he does. Best of luck in your search!

@Brian J Allen I've been shopping around the North Shore area for muti families (preferably a four plex) but I am certainly open to looking into the Worcester market. I would be interested in hearing about some of the properties you might know of.

My cousin who lives in Salem, and I are currently shopping for a multi (preferably a four plex) in either Salem, Beverly, Danvers or Gloucester. Hi Lucille! I'm an Albany native who has been living out west for many years. My market and surrounding markets are pretty expensive and I've been looking at the capital district as a possibility for investment myself. I still have a love for that area and prices are much more reasonable than what is in my vicinity. I've actually found quite a few properties I'm interested in. I'm curious to know what you think of the market there nowadays...
