@Sasha Josephs Hey Sasha, it's awesome that you are interested in investing in our markets here near and in Tampa. There are so many awesome neighborhoods here that are just ripe for renewal and I am having those conversations. Like anything else, if you are not familiar or if you were not born and/or raised in the area, it's hard to have a 'feel' for what is good and what is not. I don't know if this has been discussed before, I have had a not so successful experience with a CRM, so I am seeking recommendations for a more user friendly system. Please tell me why you recommend it and in what way it is helping you. Thank you so much.

I see a lot of rentals in MLS being rented within a few weeks and my office has two rental units that I am listing. I receive at least 5-7 email requests per week for information from Zillow, Trulia, Realtors.com, etc. Invest in Tampa real estate, it's really a good market here.

Oh, wow, I am so happy to see this topic come up because I am so interested in doing this type of project as well. I am a volunteer Guardian ad Litem here in my county and there are so many children aging out of foster care and orphanages. There is a wonderful program that will help them to go to school and receive funds from the State, but there is no transitional housing for them. I would love to put together a co-living house project and I have been doing a little bit of due diligence. I would love to keep in touch or hear back from anyone who has information that can guide us.

I have a client who really wants to house hack or buy a property and make it a co-living house. I have known my client for a couple years and he indicated he was an investor as well as having the ability to do plumbing work. He decided to ask me to help him. He got me POF that seemed to be very shady, but I couldnt convince my client that it was very sketchy that it took so long to get the letter. The company is called Gateway Capital Mortgage and they also operate as DeVore Financial Services - NMLS #174594. I don't know what my client did with this company, but my client was angry when I told him I will not put any offers in using this lender.

Hi, my name is Michele Allen Patterson, from Tampa,FL. I was born and raised in Tampa and I have worked in many areas of the real estate industry over a 30+ year period. I got licensed in 2016 and started working real estate part time. I know in order to be successful, I have to give it my complete attention. That is one of my short term goals; to quit my job and make real estate my sole focus and only job.

My ultimate goal is to restore some of the neighborhoods around Tampa that have been run down. Fix up the houses, make the properties pretty again for families to proud of and watch their children play in the neighborhood. That will also enable me to leave a legacy for my children and grandchildren.

One of the guys in our office suggested that I start listening to Bigger Pockets and it was one of the best suggestions ever...it is truly life changing.
