There is a monthly meetup in downtown Orlando. I have been to two meetups and they have been great. It is an open forum discussion, no cost, usually at Panera or World of Beer.

@Tom Sutherland I believe the column is concrete but the cracks on the second story are likely stucco.

This house I am considering offering on has cracks on the exterior. A few are horizontal cracks. Is this something I should be concerned about?
