We set up a llc account with Wells Fargo in 2014 from the Sunshine Coast. I am a US citizen and I think you need a US address. Give them a call they have a 24 hour business center. Ask them to call back if you don't have a skype account.

Welcome to BP Akash,
I live in australia but have four properties in Phoenix including two apartment blocks with 7 units each. I am also interested in refinancing a $250k hard money loan and would be interested in contacting your lender to see if they are interested. In fact any lender contacts would be welcome.
I have had one offer but too much up front and a higher interest rate than you are showing.
Best of luck with your endeavors.

@Joseph Gozlan Original funding is by hard lenders and I would like to lower the interest payments.

If you have a good deal don't be afraid of hard money. Be careful but if the deal is good you will get your funds. Keep busy on BP and other RE forums. Good luck

Hi Andrew,
I'm a dual us/aussie citizen and we live on the Sunshine Coast and invest in Phoenix and Houston. I agree with Tim on getting active on BP and other real estate forums. Set some criteria about what you want to invest in ie flips, rentals, duplex, commercial, etc. once you have some criteria try to locate a city or cities, suburbs specific areas that meet your critieria and learn as much about them as you can. Reach out to local agents at that time. I have other thought but this should keep you busy for awhile. Email me and we can exchange phone numbers. cheers

Hi Dustin,
Welcome to BP. I buy in Phoenix. I currently have 3 SFR in various stages of rehab and I am closing on a MFR of 14 units in a couple of weeks.
I live in Australia and work through my team in Phoenix. I buy according to the numbers and have an agent and builder who confirm them for me. Put me on your mailing list for any wholesale deals.
I think you are correct in getting involved in real estate investing at a young age. One big secret to success is that you make money when you buy not when you sell.
Cheers, Mick
