Another thought: as involved as you are, one would assume that you are well connected with local Host groups on Facebook or Meetup AND have established IRL, in-person relationships. If not, then find the local groups: they are a more target rich environment for your needs.

Well, yes. Isn't it valuable to have established an ongoing relationship? I have a HELOC, my primary residence, and 3 long term rental mortgages with my credit union. They love when I come in the door to do business.
