Be transparent with all involved:
-first apprise Airbnb/VRBO of the situation and get guidance
-based on the platform guidance, contact all guests and do the right thing

That said, 1st quarter sucked for me, but second and third are getting pretty full.

I'm part of several Host groups.  I'm reporting what we've seen/experienced.  Maybe it's just our market(s).

Maybe it's boom times all around us and we're just sucking wind...

Quote from @Pierrette Paul:

My name is Pierrette Paul.  I am a renter living in a rental property in Eugene, OR.  Owner wants to sell the property and I do not want to move.  I am looking for a buyer for rental property with a tenant.  I currently pay $1995.00 a month.  Would like to find a buyer that could offer lower rent and I will be responsible for repair & maintenance.  I will collect the receipts and give them to the owner for their files.

If anyone is interested with this investment, please contact me at: [email protected]

Just saw Dan Gandee's reply.  He is the preeminent deal maker in Lane County, a senior broker and he has a entire following of investors ready for the right deal.  You're in luck that he connected: be sure to follow up with him as it could be your golden opportunity!
My 2 cents,
Mike

Local credit union will have best rates. And this would be a great opportunity to start a business relationship with a credit union.

I hope that this is some sort of horrendous misspelling, because for the life of me, I don't know what: "protentional purchase" is????  What do you mean to say, spelled correctly?

Have you tried networking locally in your market to establish IRL actual relationships with people that know you, then work with you and then you come back again and again??
