Yes you could find folks on line, but if you develop connections in your local market, you can go back again and again.  Maybe find investment partners.  People do business with people they know.

For the long term, it would behoove you to network locally and develop relationships IRL.

Network locally all that you can. Join a local REIA group. Show up and pay your dues. Once you develop a network of relationships, you'll be surprise that you're always ready for a good deal with good numbers and folks to help.....
