Guess I was doing this without knowing it.  First quarter every year is the slowest and I entertain 1-2-3 month bookings.  Been doing this for years.

Find a local experienced real estate broker that works exclusively with investors.  Their knowledge, experience and connections will be well worth it.

STRs bring so much ancillary spending into a market and the county wants to screw it up.
Not only Hosts, but restaurants, stores and venues should join forces.
