@Rashard Alomari coincidence that I ran across this thread.  I'm in the same situation where I've sent a few deals to escrow just to find out they can't be insured.  I'm interested in picking some up for myself, but I've got to get more information on the loose ends before I do.  I was referred to Chicago Title and Insurance Company.  I have a meeting with one of the attorney's there Monday.  Hopefully I'll find out more useful information and I'll shoot you my findings.

Post: What Company Was It That BP Advertised That Offered Title Curing?

@Wayne Brooks ok maybe that's who it was.  I'm unfamiliar with how the whole process works, but I have dealt with them before indirectly.  A company had a tax sale property that I was assigning over to another buyer.  The seller paid the $2500 to Tax Title Services, but even after the fact, the title wasn't marketable.  Non of my title companies would close it and we had to close out of state with Boston Title.  I felt like that was defeating the purpose.

Greetings BP,

Maybe I'm imagining something that was never there, but didn't BP have a link to a company on their perks page that offered quick title curing at a lower price than the going rate?

I'm looking into picking up some tax sale properties, but in my county they do not come with marketable title.  I have had the worse time in the past trying to do deals on these things and nearly none of the title companies here will close tax sale properties without getting marketable title.

What was the name of that company or can anyone recommend another that specializes in curing tax sales?
