@Elizabeth Wilson zapier was the answer.  I hired someone from Upwork to do all the basics and set everything up for $80.  Ultimately I will have to upgrade my Podio account though for complete automation.  I was recommended by a few people to a company called InvestorFuse that will set all that up for you.  Haven't used them yet, but quite a few of the high volume guys that I talk to have used them.

@Sean Dolan which do you think has been the best for you so far with generating leads?  I have experience with Google and FB, but FB has been pretty much useless as far as the ads.  I get more leads with that just from the free advertising and networking that I do from my business page.

BP does anyone have any experience with using Bing ads vs Google ads?  I've used Google for advertising for a few months, but am interested in testing Bing as a lower cost alternative.  Has anyone been able to personally compare the two and prefer or can recommend one over the other based on results?

@Sean Tagge that's right.  Think we met a while back at a property out in 38116.  I've missed the last couple of meetings but I still plan to come out.
