Can't really compare because I only tried IC for a few days.  I was just drawn to the LP design.  It's been good to me, but again I do a lot of online marketing as well to drive people to the site. I personally know several people who use IC with good success as well though.

@Guy Olds thank you for the response.  By coincidence, I happened to run by Zapier last night while doing a search.  I'll have to look more into it that and Globiflow.  $24/mo doesn't sound too bad for what I need.

BP family.  Quick question, and I did see a couple of posts that addressed the issue somewhat but not completely.  Are there any companies or freelance workers anyone would recommend to help automate Podio?

Problem is I have no idea how to do things like connect it with Mailchimp so my leads are automatically integrated from Podio, and when seller and buyer leads come in from my sites, have it automatically fill into Podio. Also seems as though some of the apps I use are not linked. I have to go back and re-enter information that I would love to have auto populate. Should have already done this, but I'll be adding CallRail and of course I would want that marketing information to fill into Podio as well, and make it all around user-friendly for me, a VA or any new team member to use. Just a little background info, but I'm currently using the setup from Sean Terry's program, but it could definitely be improved.

Any suggestions would be helpful.  I would do it myself, but my time is becoming scarce and more and more valuable, so "do it yourself" guides not needed at the moment.

Thanks in advance for any info!

@Jennifer L. no I'm not using REImobile, but LeadPropeller has been great so far. Funding was limited at the time as well, but I get quite a few leads through my website. But you are right as far as Memphis being on fire. Leads have gone down to a minimum as of the past few weeks just because there are so many new faces entering the game, and coaches popping up left and right. I've had to convert back to alternative marketing (mailers, signs, FB, cold calling, JV deals, etc) just to keep my numbers up. Inventory is getting low.
