 Glad I found this post before starting a new topic.  Michael are you receiving any feedback from your customers on results from using your divorcee lists in comparison to absentee owners?  The Memphis absentee owner market is getting saturated.  Definitely looking for a new lead source and would like some feed back on experiences with it.
