@Matt Motil thanks for the response.  Do you have any experience generating seller leads with Google Ads?  I would imagine this would be different than social media since ads would pop up based on what people are searching for.

BP family just curious about some investors or wholesalers experiences with different types of marketing.  I know some people who swear by postcards and yellow letters to generate leads, but I do know a few who prefer to use inbound marketing techniques:  Facebook ads, Google Ads, Twitter ads, SEO, website promotions, etc.

I'm in the early stages of using Facebook ads (around 2 months or so) with so so results.  I have picked up and met quite a few buyers with these, but generating seller leads this way has been much more challenging.  0 so far.  I'm going to look into my settings and wording to see how I may improve.

What have you all's experiences been with mailouts vs online ads?  Google ads vs. FB, Twitter or other Ad sources?  Do you prefer one over the other?  Have you found anything to include in your ads that may generate more leads than other wording, etc?

I know it is a broad topic but really hoping to hear different opinions!

@Fyzl Atmar thanks for the comment.  I'm looking to use investor carrot because of the leads they drive your way and because of testimonies from friends who have used their service with success.  I've already created two sites of my own so I'm familiar with the process and don't mind taking the time to redesign using the wordpress/investor carrot platform.  Thank you for the offer.

@Tim Herndon thanks and I'm sure I can work that time in bit by bit.  I have some experience with designing and like being hands on.  All else fails and if I get tight on time, I'm going to check out upwork.  Hadn't heard of them before but very useful recommendation.

@Tim Herndon I actually got in contact with someone from their company yesterday, and you're right.  Cutting and pasting seems to be the route I'll have to take.  There are quite a few pages for my buyers website alone with a separate page for each deal I've done, pending deals, and contracts for sale.  There are also SEVERAL pictures and youtube links.  Would probably be quicker to just pay someone, but think I'm just going to buckle down and spend the time to do it.

Hello everyone.  I have a general question about moving my content to investor carrot.  I have two websites that I custom made using wix.com (www.HayesInvestmentDeals.com and MemphisTNCashbuy.com).  I'm really looking to step my game up and get some more lead generation.  The problem is, the time is just not there to redo both websites from scratch.  In anyone's experience, is it pretty easy to transfer site content from one platform such as wix.com over to investor carrot or is this service possibly provided for a fee?  Never had to do this before so any insight would be helpful.

Thanks!

Question for the Memphis, TN investors.  Is anyone currently using the Memphis Daily News website?  I know they're supposed to be a good lists source, but are there any other good benefits of being a member of the site?  I'm trying to decide if its worth it before signing up for a 1 year membership and adding it to my tool set.  Thanks in advance.
