@Josh Freeman If you would like to start with multi-family then I recommend your girlfriend begin using the MLS and set your criteria so that you can pull only the homes that you are interested in. You can set up your criteria and find homes utilizing the maps. You can pull the comps in as you become familiar in your farm area. I sometimes use criteria like: Income Property, no longer listed, BEDrRS, BR, with a basic price. The MLS does a very good job at Fielding homes when using the that you provide a very specific directions.

@Kevin Mika So, i have never set up a meet-up before but I'm sure it's not difficult to do. I would think there would be some time for networking in the beginning and the end and after the introduction of the person who initiated it, there would be someone to share some helpful information within a specific strategy. The whole event should not take more than 2 to 2.5 hours. As for day, we an get enough people in here to make some recommendations. Enough time should be given to get the word out. Let's give it some time here and see how it goes.

@Julio Vasquez sounds great!  Quick question though, what do you mean that you "have access to a GC license"? Are you a GC or have a GC contact?
