@Natalie Kolodij Do you know the process by which you even ask for permission from the SBA? It seems odd that you can use the EIDL loan to make existing mortgage payments, but need to ask permission to sell or refinance? What if you would like to use a portion to pay down some (but not all) of your principal on your loan?

Hi @Maricruz Romero, if you happen to be in town on the 21st, there is a Main Monthly meeting of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA) on Tuesday evening. It's free for first timers. It is usually 200-300 people. Plenty of neworking opportunities. Go to their website and register for a free pass. I won't be able to be there, but would be happy to meet or chat by phone.
