Do your zoning research and decide your strategy. LA has some hoops to jump through if you want to offer an STR. There are multiple ways to register, if you are looking to invest in more than one I would recommend registering as a "transient occupancy structure" or "bed and breakfast". That will also require you to apply for a CUP (conditional use permit), which may take longer than you want it to.

Hi, some partners and I run a STR management company in the Phoenix area and we've had some struggles finding a pool company that actually does good service. We've tried using a couple different companies throughout the last year and a half but haven't been able to find someone reliable that will actually keep the pool clean.

I am wondering if anyone has someone reliable in the East Valley that they are willing to put me in touch with. Feel free to message me directly if you don't want to share info with the public, I know a good pool service can be hard to come by! Haha

Some partners and I run a STR property management company here in the Phoenix area and I can't say we've had the best luck with finding consistent cleaners, especially as of late. Is anyone else having issues or know of great crews? We've considered bringing cleaners on in-house and are looking for the best options.
