I live in Cheyenne and have a rental here and two in Greeley.  

I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have if you decide to venture into Cheyenne, although like @Bill S. says, the market here is pretty similar to NoCo.

I hope to take my exam in the next two weeks.  Meanwhile, I have met Chuck West at #1 Properties and he's a stand-up guy and like @Cheryl Packham said, he has a lot of investment experience.
