Wow, think of the history of that wall!  What are your plans with it?

Welcome @Bob Vollmer!  Congratulations on going under contract with your first flip and hope you find your next one quickly!  Sounds like you've got a great head start in that you've grown up around RE.

It looks a hundred times better without the clutter.  Even the outside part looks nicer.  Can definitely see possibilities now.

I'll be interested to follow along on this one, being from Cheyenne.  I loved what you did with the Biker Bar!  The industrial loft and zen garden with roof deck is a perfect vision for Denver!  

Thanks again Cheryl for organizing our first of hopefully many meetups!  The time flew by and we did have some great discussions.  I look forward to the next one.  It was great to meet you all tonight.

I highly recommend Mark Ferguson and Justin Gesso over at Pro Realty in Greeley.  I am working with Justin on two deals (one closed last week, the other one closing on Monday).  He's gone above and beyond for me.  They can probably recommend a GC for you as well.

Funny you mentioned this topic, I am about to have radon mitigation systems installed in two CO rental properties.  You can go to the EPA.gov website and download the booklet "A Radon Guide For Tenants".  I plan to give a copy to my tenants.  It's a pretty descriptive guide so should help answer any tenant questions should you purchase a house with a radon mitigation system installed.
