@Kevin Romines thank you ! It did ! so if you was in my position and my age (24) and you wanted to get into real estate what step would you take ? Would you do the fha thing or just save the 20% I just want to get into Multi family fast and build my portfolio and I feel like me house hacking every property would help me do that, and what if I change my fha to conventional? Then use the fha again instead of having 2 fha loans open at the same time ?

@Lynne Smith and also how would I be under water in the future? So you don’t think it would be a great idea to house hack every year and get a 4 plex each year for my 10 personal loans I can have ?

@John Warren wow I appreciate you ! And I like how you kept it real 😂😂😂 I was literally hoping I can find a 4 plex like that, and what do you look for when screening your tenants ? And what do you use to make sure your tenants pay you every month on time ? And also do you still stay in that 4 plex ? And do you have to deal with tenants bothering you a lot while your trying to get some work done in whatever field you work ? My business is an at home business so I’am going to be home like 90% of the time lol

@Colin Reid thank you I appreciate you ! And I have a question for you, is your PMi on that property High ? And also can you write that off in your taxes ? And I think i’am going to self manage my first year while I’am staying in the property, then once I leave I’am going to hire a property manager and house hack my second property

And your advice, what is a “coach house” i never heard of that before honestly 😂😂😭 I think I have a clue like is it a house that’s apar of the property but not connected to the the apartment? And also my goal is to live for free and be a real estate investor but right now I’am in process in building my business, so I don’t want to put 20% down on every deal right now I want to be able to build my business and also build my portfolio and for me to do that I feel like I have to house hack, I was going to house hack 10 times usually my 10 personal loans then once I get to that I was going to start putting the 20% down on apartment buildings
