I’am trying real hard to find my first Multi fam property that meet my numbers I’m 23 years old trying to get my foot in the door and will pull the trigger on a property if it meet my numbers, but what are some great websites to find them type of properties besides LoopNet, need as many websites as possible lol thank you I will appreciate it and I hope everyone safe and healthy

@Ashley Budyak focus on your credit, that's what I'm doing right now for you to get the lowest mortgage possible on a property you need at-least 740 I just turned 23 so for me my credit going up very slow if you want a big boost you should try the "piggy backing method" but if your credit good you can always save and get FHA loans on properties if you can save the capital to get started that means low down payments but mortgage would be higher then if you would put 20% down so that means lower cash flow just make sure to educate yourself and figure out what are you looking for in a property when investing in it.

@David Boatman It was a great choice cars tend to Depreciate I support your choice also but on the other hand you should enjoy your money, you can buy luxury things but just make sure your cash flow is very strong before you make that choice
