I’m debating on if it’s worth it to go through a agent to find my first deal or not, or should I just join one of them online memberships that show off market deals that’s below market value with Equity that you have to pay a monthly fee, If anyone dealt with a agent and the online membership what was the best choice and which way showed you the most deals ? I thank you I appreciate your help I learn a lot from your guys

I’m trying so hard to find one in a good area to house hack with but I can’t find one, I have yet went through a agent yet or bought one of them monthly memberships websites that show you off market deals

I have been watching videos about house hacking for a few weeks now and I learned about “fha” loans due to my research you can get a property with a low down payment but real high mortgage ? So if that’s the case is it better to put 20% to get a lower mortgage or a fha loan with a low down payment? And if I use a fha who would I talk to ? And how much higher would my mortgage be ? Thank you I’m sorry if I come off confusing I just be trying to become more educated so I want make a mistake with my money I appreciate everyone that answer my questions

I’am from flint Michigan I’m trying to house hack I have a above average but not a excellent credit score I’m going to house hack for my first investment property, my question is, what banks or credit union around my area or near have the best loans with not that high of a interest and highest approval rate for first time property investors? I appreciate everyone’s help and I really mean that, I didn’t know it was so many genuinely nice people that actually love to help people, i just turned 23 I literally look at you guys as my teachers, p.s sorry I ask a lot of questions 😂😂

@John Warren wow I really feel you on that but did your renters bothering you in the middle of the night ? Or stress you out a lot with you not having a PM ? but I think I’m gone take your route, it make sense honestly and you didn’t cash flow when living in your 4 plex ? Or did you just break even with your mortgage ? Wow I thought at least a 4plex will cash flow 300-500$
