There are no taxes, but there are still fees which work just like taxes. Also, expo 2020 will be cool but what happens after? I don’t think this will impact the city in a lasting way.

Dubai is still faced with an extreme oversupply of apartments. Too many new builds and not enough new people coming in. Rents will continue to fall and property prices will still fall for as long as this remains true. There are no indications that this will change anytime soon either.

I love Dubai and I will continue to live here for many years to come, but the developers need to be slowed down

Im a full time investor with Property in 5 countries currently. The best country by far is USA. The tax Benefits are huge, as well as the flexibility you get as everything is privatized. Investing outside of USA makes no sense to me. Btw, I’m Norwegian and live in Dubai. My wife is Chinese/Indonesian and grew up in Australia.

I live right next to sustainable city in Arabian ranches. Hit me up if you want a BP contact when you get here. I run the BP meetups in Dubai and I’m happy to show you around!

there could be more ways than this, but I know of 5 ways to get a visa.

1. Invest more than 1mill dollars in USA.

2. Employ at least 10 people in a business you run in USA.

3. get employed in a job.

4. Become a student.

5. Get married.

So you have options, but they are not easy. Where in the states do you want to live btw?
