 Agreed with this! I'm with professional Owner-friendly Property Management in NJ and we have several Owner clients/partners who have bought an already Tenant Occupied small Multi-Unit with 1 unit in the building for the Owner to fill - while we Manage the property and Tenant(s) to keep the Owner hands off and stress-free! Basically, the Tenant believes the Owner is a fellow Tenant so will not bother them for things. It has been extremely successful for some clients and even built enough cash-flow to add more assets into their portfolio. Just like @Drago Stanimirovic mentioned!
