Are you trying to replace your day job with Rental Investment income? Well....

!!!RENTAL INCOME DOES NOT EQUAL W2 INCOME!!!

Ever wondered why your rental earnings don't match your paycheck, even if the numbers look right? In this week's video, @Cameron Tope breaks down real examples from his own portfolio to highlight the variability in rental income...This one's a must-watch if you're aiming to replace your job income with rental earnings!!!!

Plus, he share tips on calculating potential income accurately and preparing for unexpected costs. If you find this valuable, don't forget to like, subscribe, and share!

@Jacob Swihart usually a leasing agent fee will be 1 month's rent. I've got my agent that I can recommend who does leasing if you want his info.

I haven't actually used property management in Houston, but if I ever do I was thinking of testing out Emerson Property Management (@Cameron Tope commented above) as it seems like they have good reviews and good pricing.

 Thank you for the recommendation, @Michael Myers

At Emerson, we offer a pricing option with only paying 1/2 of the first month's rent for our Leasing Fee as well... @Cameron Tope started the company officially in 2018 after having bad experiences with Property Management in Houston over his 35+ property portfolio.. so he's built a lot of our processes to be Investor tailored compared to most Property Management!

Great advice and direction, @Jonathan Greene!

Selina, email me this info and I'll forward to my investors looking for a new deal!!!

Quote from @Wale Lawal:

@Miguel G Valdez

The property boasts a prime location near downtown Houston, recent renovations in 2021, perfect rental history, tenant reliability, and future potential with an ADU and private driveway. To attract investors, post property details on popular investor forums, highlight key features, and reach out to real estate agents or investor networks.

Good  luck!

 Agreed with @Wale Lawal here! Sounds like you've got a great opportunity - Just make sure you provide all the details on ALL Forums to get the best traction!
