The new Investor attended the Bootcamp, stepped up to Make an offer, found funding, closed the purchase and monitored the Construction/Updating/Rehabbing. It's now close to being ready For Sale on the Retail/MLS market. She'll give us all the Details Tuesday about her FIRST Big Deal!

Licensed home inspectors have a lot of qualifications to fulfill, I'd get in the Mass.gov site and call a few. We used to use Tiger and they were excellent. We even had them at our MassRealEstate dot net meetings but they got bought out and well... you may want to use someone else...
