- What are the early warning signs of a Tenancy going wrong?
- What to do about it, so your situation is adjudicated quickly!
- What’s been happening in the Mass Housing Court in the past 12 months?
There will also be networking, steals and deals, light refreshments, “ask the builders” and a special segment on

Mike Hurney
Director, MassRealEstate.net / NewHampshireREIA.org
No charge to Members Only $25 for Guests or only $99/year to join!

Many folks I speak to, especially Contractors, seem cautious about Real Estate because they think that "Massachusetts is a Tenant friendly state!" which it is! If you don't treat it as a Business. Learn how to do it right with us, tomorrow evening!
So if you've ever had ANY intention of investing in Income Real Estate (or growing your portfolio), This is THE meeting to attend.
You'll meet "The Bottom Line", the Housing Court adjudicator on a non-adversarial basis to learn how Income Real Estate can be a Landlord friendly business when you follow the rules! Are you serious about learning all you can about managing your real estate business in the most effect way?
Of Course we're located just North of Boston, Massachusetts and a little South of NewHampshire

@Matt Anderson YES, " Am I making too big a deal of the higher interest rate,"
You can refinance a mortgage but you can't renegotiate a purchase price.
You may want to find something in the Hidden Market!

Quick reminder, we are having our meeting this evening and I wanted to make sure it did not slip you mind. I emailed you the info a few days ago. Make sure you register. Here's the info again for you convenience:
Investing in self-directed IRAs should (undoubtedly) follow the EDUCATION first, ACTION second, and Networking third path
You don't want to make a mistake that could have been prevented by education.
On Tuesday October 24, Mass Real Estate, and Michelle Brady from Equity Trust are delivering Self-Directed IRA education that will help bridge that confidence gap.
We are teaming up with Equity Trust to deliver nothing but "nuts and bolts" content and examples of how you can build a tax-free lifestyle for you and your family.
Part of that incredible education is how to build a legacy that will live on long after we are gone.
There will be ABSOLUTELY nothing being sold from the "front of the room"!! This is ALL about education.
If you plan to retire sometime in the future....you NEED to be there.
If you HATE paying taxes...you NEED to be there.
If you want to leave a legacy for your family...you NEED to be there.
If you want to learn how to take less than $10,000 and turn it into a 6 figure account in a few years instead of a few decades...(you get it) you NEED to be there!!!
So, TAKE ACTION.... to reserve your seat.
No more excuses.
No more lack of confidence.
No more saying to yourself, "how do they do that?"
Its ALL about - Education… ACTION...NETWORKING
We have actually had some very smart people sign up as Mass Real Estate members just to be able to take advantage of the education and Mass Real Estate Savings.
That's it...now it's ALL up to YOU!!

PS What happens at our REIA meetings? Design & Showroom Topur with JR at 6pm
PPS Voice Message that went out yesterday:
"Good afternoon this is Victoria with a message about our important meeting Tuesday October 23, 2017 6:30pm: Michelle will show us How to setup a self directed IRA!
I believe most of you folks have a retirement account through your company, If you do, that’s GOOD
BUT you’ll find that it's limited to selected Stocks, Bonds and Mutual funds which you probably don’t have much control over.
It may be BETTER to have a Self Directed IRA which allows you to invest in Real Estate, Lending, many other Investments and those same stocks, Bonds and Mutuals!
But BEST is when you place already taxed money into your IRA making it a Roth IRA and you don’t pay taxes on the gain when you withdraw it!
However there are several important rules that Michelle will teach us about so that the plan does not have to pay Taxes or Penalties on!
I look forward to see you this evening 6:30pm at DesignGroup47.com!
