@Ned Carey  please keeps us informed about the one you're doing in PG County in August.  I joined the site too late for the Baltimore one but would have made the trek, PG County can work even better.

There's two that I'm looking at when I start my SDIRA and that's Equity Trust and Horizon Trust.  I'd definitely say do your research & ask any questions that come to mind!

My mom & I went thru the Flipping Formula seminar.  We didn't do the Inner Circle, but the 3 day workshop with Marc Hrisko was great, the investor summit in Vegas was great & the 3 day mentor class with Jimmy Huffman was great.  It costs a pretty penny, but as the saying goes, you have to spend money to make money.  Great memories from all of the events.  Now the only thing stopping us is US, I feel more knowledgeable & comfortable now as does my mom.

I think Doug Hopkins Property Wars is the same group as Pete & Dave's "Flipping Formula"

My mom & I went through the Flipping Formula & although it was a lot of money, I'd say it was well worth it.  The only thing stopping us now is US!
