I am looking to get my RE license in a month or so, but I want to know what schools are good. Anyone have any advice or a recommendation?
Thanks!

thanks for the warm welcome guys!
I am interested in seeing how I can start a part time rei gig while in my present situation. I would like to redo properties and sell them. I am interested in remodeling work, that's mainly my idea...
But where to start? My plan is to get some savings together and then try to purchase my own home which I could over time redo and sell for profit and start from there. I'm thinking around 10k...

Ankit, Thanks for your reply. You bring up some great points to think about.
1. I was just throwing out the 50k as a number, I have no idea how I would start to calculate how it would affect the market value of the property. They are sitting on enough money that we could put in even 100k, but how much that would affect the value, I dont know.
2. I feel like the improvements would be quite simple things. I actually renovated the half bath myself, and it was quite enjoyable (but wouldnt do it again). I'm thinking new floors in the kitchen (which was recently remodeled), and to renovate 2 full baths. The most renovation would be outside actually! The landscaping and outer aesthetic of the house are not nice at all.
How would I calculate how much to invest and how much the property value would go up? appraisal?

I'd suggest you talk to your parents, they are professionals and probably can think through this issue pretty well. I doubt you should be getting a loan.
I have kids, LOL :)
Gosh...I sound really spoilt don't I.... :(
