I just looked in the MLS to see what's rented in Batavia that's similar. I'm seeing a range of $2,175 - $2,700 with an average time on the market of about 30 days. Can you tell me a little more about the house? Square footage, age, etc.? I'll be able to zero in on the market rent for you.

Any landlords out there with a rental available around October 1st? I have a client moving from the Chicago area to Boca Raton. He has excellent credit and is a homeowner, but is selling now because of work. Ideally, doesn't want to spend more than $1,500.
